Tutt Bryant Crane Hire is the trading name of the crane rental division of Tutt Bryant Group Limited. In December 2005, Tutt Bryant Group Limited (comprising of Tutt Bryant Crane Hire, BT Equipment, Kingston Industries and EQ Hire) was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

Transport
Tutt Bryant Project Services can provide transport from our in house fleet ranging from 8 tonne trucks to multi wheeled hydraulic platform trailers capable of carrying up to 850 tonnes payload. We are currently in the advanced planning stage of increasing this capacity to allow us to carry modules or other loads of up to 1500 tonnes in a single move, on self propelled trailers

Craneage
Tutt Bryant Crane Hire has operations located in Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Darwin and Karratha. Tutt Bryant Crane Hire can provide a full range of cranes from 10 tonnes to 800 tonnes, including ultra high capacity Superlift type crawler cranes. A small selection of our fleet is as follows:

• Hitachi Sumitomo SCX2500 250 tonne crawler crane (up to 73m boom length)
• Hitachi Sumitomo SCX3500 350 tonne crawler tower crane (up to 61m tower plus 60m luffing jib)

• Hitachi Sumitomo SCX6500 650 tonne crawler crane
• Demag CC2800 600 tonne crawler crane with Superlift Crane
• Rigging studies

Supply
Tutt Bryant Project Services are able to conduct in depth and detailed analysis of any proposed lift, including engineering analysis, calculation of imposed loads and design of lifting points and equipment. All drawings of lifts are created in AutoCAD, enabling precise planning of load movement and paths, clearance checking and efficient optimization of crane size.

We are also able to supply fully modeled 3 dimensional crane studies. These can be particularly useful where operating parameters are very tight and numerous clearance and load path issues need checking. It is also a very valuable tool to enable all involved parties to gain an immediate understanding of the processes, especially for those without comprehensive crane or technical drawing knowledge.

Tutt Braynt Project Services offers these services for all and any cranes. We do not limit our provision of these services to instances where only our cranes are used.

Review
Tutt Bryant Project Services offer a complete rigging study review process. We are able to supply fully independent technical assessments of your contractor's transport and lifting plans. This will include not only verification of capacities and imposed loads, but also verification of suitability of plant and equipment for the proposed work and it's compliance with statutory and site requirements. If required we will visit site as needed to provide real time auditing of lifting and rigging processes. We can also assist in the development of required elements for rigging studies suitable for your site, if required.

Heavy Lift and Shift Supervision
Turnkey Project Execution Tutt Bryant Project Services, in bringing together the resources of our crane hire and heavy transport divisions, are able to offer complete turnkey services in heavy lift and shift. From fabricator or wharf to site, including jacking, skating or lifting into position, we can provide a complete, fully supervised service.

If desired we can also provide complete planning, organisation and supervision of these operations utilizing equipment and manpower other than our own.
