Haulage and Ultra Heavy Haulage

Tutt Bryant Project Services’ haulage assets include prime movers rated to haul 200 tonnes and a range of other heavy vehicles to tow multi wheeled platform trailers capable of carrying up to 1,000 tonnes. 

We operate an extensive range of specialist transport equipment which includes 230 axles of hydraulic modular platform trailers and state of the art, computerised, self propelled transporters, enabling loads of up to 4,500 tonnes to be moved. 

Our ancillary equipment includes load spreaders, heavy duty bolsters, trailer spacers, vessel carrying inserts, turn tables, link span systems and girder/beam sets up to 400 tonnes capacity.

Crane Hire

Tutt Bryant Crane Hire conducts operations from Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Darwin and Karratha using a full range of rubber tyre and crawler cranes with lift capability from 4.9 tonnes to 650 tonnes.  Lifting capability also includes a 1100 tonne gantry lifting system.  Tutt Bryant Project Services can conduct the necessary project crane hire arrangements to meet all the lifting, movement and related needs for our clients.  For more information on the type of equipment available and related capabilities see the Tutt Bryant Crane Hire site.  

 

Lift Studies

Related to crane hire and specialist movements, Tutt Bryant Project Services are able to conduct in-depth and detailed analysis of proposed lifts and moves, including engineering analysis, calculation of imposed loads, and design of lifting points and specialist equipment, regardless of whether the cranes and equipment on the project are owned by Tutt Bryant Group Limited.

All drawings are created in AutoCAD, enabling precise planning of load movement and paths, clearance checking and efficient optimization of crane size or vehicle capability.  We are also able to supply fully modelled 3D crane studies - particularly useful where operating parameters are very restricted and clearance and load path issues are likely to exist.  These models are a very valuable tool to enable clients and other interested parties to gain an understanding of the processes involved.

Heavy Lift and Shift Supervision

Tutt Bryant Project Services are able to offer complete turnkey services from the planning to the completion of heavy lift and shift projects, including jacking, skating, lifting or hauling into position.

From fabricator or wharf to site we can provide a complete, fully supervised service utilising our own assets, supported by specialist equipment such as barges or plant to enable the operations to be conducted within a single coordinated project.  We offer an initial needs analysis, comprehensive planning, organisation, coordination and supervision of operations, including equipment and manpower.
